Our Massage Therapists use their knowledge of physiology and anatomy to combine traditional Swedish and modern massage therapy techniques with other therapies to treat our clients. Telehealth is a virtual meet with your Physiotherapist for care, advice, education, guided intervention and monitoring through remote admission. The only limitation is it is not Hands-on; however, it is very effective as it is virtual and the interventions are guided/ tailored by your Physiotherapist for your best possible recovery.

Danielle is a Registered Massage Therapist and one of 12 graduates from the first Massage Therapy cohort at Conestoga College, completing their three year program. With over 15 years of experience coaching Snowboarding and Mountain Biking, Danielle developed a deep appreciation for movement focused Rehabilitation and Manual Therapy. Her time living and coaching athletes in British Columbia sparked a passion for helping others recover through manual therapy treatments, something she experienced firsthand during her own athletic injuries.

Danielle is also a certified Personal Trainer with an interest in biomechanics and the movement patterns not only performed in sports but also in the repetitive motions of daily life. She integrates this background to take a holistic and personalized approach to treatment. Her goal is to support clients through their recovery by helping to build optimal movement habits. Danielle enjoys incorporating fascial techniques and joint mobilizations into treatment to help relieve pain and improve mobility.
